The following is one of a many number of ways of obtaining someones Hotmail password, please bear in mind that the success rate of this is roughly one out of every ten, so keep trying!
First, start with opening your own hotmail address. Select compose.
type in the fields:
to: paswrcvry@hotmail.com
subject: RETRIVE.MSN.PW (case sensitive)
message:
[first line] the login name of the person you want to hack
[2nd line] your own password, because the automatic hotmail responder will require
your "system administrator password" which is in fact your own password!!! But the
computer doesn't know

How it works:
You mail to a system administrators automatic responder. Usually only
system administrators should be able to use this, but when you try it with your own
password and mail this message from your hotmail account the computer gets
confused!
MSN will respond with an automated message indicating the password requested - note that
if the message you send MSN is composed incorrectly, or there has
been a change in the status of the user queried, you may not get an automated
response - in this event, you will need to re-submit the request.

OK Heres another one:
STEP 1 - YOU MUST HAVE A HOTMAIL ACCOUNT. SEND THE EMAIL TO THIS ADDRESS: paswrcvry@hotmail.com (BE CAREFULL WITH THE SPELLING!!!!)
-STEP 2 - IN THE SUBJECT WRITE PASSWORD RETRIEVE
-FOLLOW THIS CAREFULLY :
IN THE BODY OF THE TXT TYPE THIS AND FILL IN BRACKETs CAREFULLY :
retrieve>to>(your hotmail username@hotmail.com)@(your password)>asap>userstaff00process>(the person you want to hack username@hotmail.com>returnhotmailpass-back
THATS ALL! wait few minutes and check your account
Yet another one:
1.) Write in the body of the letter The person's email address your hacking.
2.) Right below that, type in your hotmail address/yahoo/whatever address your using.
3.) Type your password to YOUR email address right below your email address in the letter. This is used for verification (yes, the mail provider does use your password to verify.)
4.) Here is an example of what this should look like:
loser@hotmail.com
Frank@hotmail.com
password to frank@hotmail.com
Joeschmo is the address your hacking, frank is your email address, and then the password to frank@hotmail.com is your password for your email address.
Now the final, and MOST IMPORTANT STEP is to email all of this to email this to paswrcvry@hotmail.com with this code pasted right below the password to your email address: AdBlY%20$$*&^6534
That code is what will trigger the secret_key_retrieval@hotmail.com to send you back a message with the person's password. The notification email will be sent back within 48 hours of the time you sent it. So here is what it will all look like in the end:

IMPORTANT NOTE....... THIS PROCESS IS CASE SENSITIVE. PLEASE CHECK BOTH USERNAMES AND PASSWORD ARE GIVEN IN THE RIGHT CASE.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A SECURITY VERIFICATION ERROR THAT HOTMAIL (and a lot of others) HAVE OVERLOOKED, THEREFORE IT COULD BE FIXED AT ANY TIME.
*ALSO NOTE THAT MOST OF THE EMAILS I HAVE RECIEVED FROM PEOPLE THAT FIND THIS DOESNT WORK HAVE JUST SET UP AN ACCOUNT WITH HOTMAIL TO RETRIEVE A PASSWORD... DONT!! HOTMAIL IS NOT STUPID.. ANY ACCOUNT USED HAS TO BE AN ACCOUNT THAT IS USED ON A DAILY BASIS, AND THAT HAS BEEN IN OPERATION OVER 60 DAYS, OR THIS MESSAGE WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU:

>denied utility error (I.P number here)

I think that these are the easiest (and more reliable) ways:
Microsoft took over Hotmail completely on 1st November 1998, and since then there is a little known loophole around getting anyone's password.
One thing you MUST HAVE is a Hotmail account you opened BEFORE 1st November 1998, new accounts will not work for this hack:
If you send an email from your current hotmail address
To: paswrcvry@hotmail.com,
with the Subject field containing the word Password,
and in the contents of the message put the hotmail address of the person whose hotmail address you wish to hack eg 'dave@hotmail.com'. Also include your own password for your own account in the message. By doing this, the computer which recieves the email believes you are a Hotmail System administrator, and sends you the password you require within 2 days.

How it works
It works exactly like most of the other ones do, -The computer which receives your email automatically believes you are a Hotmail System Administrator, and sends you a return e-mail (within 5 hours to 2 days, depending on how busy the Hotmail Network is), the return email contains the password you requested.

I must stress (again) that this information is for educational purposes only and U can´t blame anybody for damage U may have caused, -unless its someone u dont like-ïپٹ Also remember that if anybody figures out that U have been watching in his/her account, they may be very angry...
Ok, to the next hack...
Now were moving on to using Telnet, -U remember that program thats used to send e-mails?
- Brute force hacking
(Its a hackers term, -get with the program, like-)
a. Use telnet to connect to port 110 (Hotmail´s server)
b. Type USER and then the victim´s username
c. Type PASS and then the guess a password
d. Repeat that until U have found the correct password.
!. This is called brute force hacking and requires patience. It´s better than trying to guess the victims password on hotmail homepage because it´s (like,) way faster.
- The Best way
a. Get the username of the victim ( It usually stands in the adress-field )
b. Then type " www.hotmail.com/cgi-bin/start/victimsusername "
c. U´re in!
!. This hack will only work if U are on the same network or computer as the victim and if he don´t log out.
- The old way
a. Go to Hotmail´s homepage and get an account
(if U don´t already have one)
b. Log Out
c. Now type the victims username.
d. Look at the source code.
e. On the fifth row U should find "action=someadress"
d. Copy that adress and paste it into the adress-field
e.U´re in...
!. As U can see it´s a long procedure and the victim has loadsa time to log out.
- (Yet) Another...
a. Go to hotmail´s homepage
b. Copy the source code.
c. Make a new html file with the same code but change method=post to method=enter
d. "view" the page
e. Change the adress to www.hotmail.com/ (don´t press enter!)
f. Make the victim type in his username and password
g. Look in the adress-field. There you´ll see ...&password:something...
( If he exits the browser U can see the password in the History folder)
